Hello, I am a professional and experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in selling and buying residential properties, investments, multi-unit properties, vacant land, ranch properties, and commercial properties. I work with sellers in regular sales, relocation, trust sales, probate sales, divorce sales, short sales, and foreclosures. I also work with buyers such as first-time home buyers, purchasers of second homes, and investors.

 

I have over 30 years of experience in Real Estate and work with Century 21 Masters in Santa Maria—where I am the top-producing agent. Century 21 Masters is the largest Real Estate company in the State of California. I primarily work in Santa Maria; however, I also cover the areas from Santa Barbara to Paso Robles, covering about a one-hour radius north and south of Santa Maria. I also have a network of Real Estate Agents throughout the country in case you wish to relocate out of state. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

 

I am a member of the Santa Maria REALTORS® Association using MLS North Santa Barbara County Regional MLS, the Pismo REALTORS® Association using the CCRMLS (which covers California), the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

 

In 1992, I commenced my Real Estate Investments venture. In 2004, I obtained my Real Estate license and started working with Century 21. In my first year of business with Century 21, I became the top-producing agent and was the recipient of the Centurion Award. I was the first Real Estate Agent in the history of Century 21 to receive the Centurion Award in my first year of business—an achievement often recognized as the "Oscar Award" of Real Estate. I also have a Registered Trademark that I am very proud of: a gold seal with a superimposed house and a handshake which states “The Seal of Difference.” This statement represents who I am—hardworking, ethical, and committed to doing my work with integrity. To me, Real Estate is more than just a job; it is my passion and my career. On a personal note, I am originally from Los Angeles and graduated from Garfield High School in 1979. I continued my education at UCSB, earning my bachelor’s degree in Business and Political Science, and attended Law School at the Santa Barbara College of Law. After college, I worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in the Workers' Compensation system for 15 years, including 13 years as a business owner. During this time, I was also actively involved in Real Estate Investments.

 

I have been married to my beautiful wife, Linda, for over 38 years. She has her private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. We have three wonderful children. My youngest son, Anthony, is a Medical Doctor, married with two children. My daughter, Deanna, holds a master’s degree as a licensed Social Worker from UCLA; she is married with one child. My daughter Renee is a Business Manager, married with four children. In total, we have seven precious grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
